This is a memorial about my little boy Cody Jake who grew wings in 2005. He was born at Grimsby Maternity Home. He was my first baby but he now has 2 sisters. He passed because he was born at 22 weeks and he just was not strong enough to survive, weighing just 1lb 6oz he lived for about 15 minutes then he grew his wings. He meant so much to me and my family we all miss him so much with all our hearts, he may have gone from body but he will never go from memory RIP my angel love you loads x
